Kuhn Rikon Measuring Tool Set Review

Kuhn Rikon Measuring Tool SetKuhn Rikon Measuring Tool Set Review
Gifted by: Kuhn Rikon
Reviewed by Arielle Matlin, Editor,

The Kuhn Rikon Measuring Tool Set has everything you need for both dry and liquid measuring. The set includes a measuring cup that can be adjusted from a quarter cup to a full cup, and a measuring spoon that can be adjusted from a quarter teaspoon to a full tablespoon.

I love this set because all the measurements are contained in one piece. You don't have to worry about keeping all the cups or spoons together because they already are nested together. The measuring spoon even fits inside the measuring cup for the most convenient storage.

The measuring cup and spoon also feature a silicone stopper that keeps the ingredients from flowing elsewhere and which also pushes the ingredients out. This is great when you are working with something sticky like peanut butter or honey.

I also liked that they both included less common measurements like a half tablespoon and 2/3 cup sizes. The measuring cup can be a little difficult to slide back and forth, but after a few uses, especially with oil, it loosens up a bit. Baking is much easier when you don't need to use 10 different measuring cups and spoons. The best part is of course clean-up, which is simplified with only two pieces to clean instead of a whole sinks worth.
