A great marinade or sauce is all you need in order to make a delicious meal. The Basque Norte Meat Marinade is a versatile marinade that pairs well with just about anything. It works great with chicken, pork, beef, and even veggies.

This marinade is based on a recipe straight from the famous Basque Norte restaurant in California. Patrons loved the flavors found in their food so much that they wanted to bring them home to cook!

The marinade has a very unique flavor, unlike any I have used before. It has a nice soy sauce base and infuses great flavor into everything it touches. I think it pairs well with just about every meat or vegetable. I tried it was a pulled pork recipe and it worked so well. I didn't have to add any other seasonings!

I really like how quickly the marinade works. You do not need to soak meat overnight, but for a few minutes or hours. This is essential for making a last minute meal. I recommend keeping a few bottles of this marinade on hand at all times.
