Bean dips are so good for parties and lazy weekends because you can just grab your own bowl and curl up on the couch with a cold drink, the remote, and some dip and be just fine. This sounds like a delicious addition to chips, celery, or some Ritz crackers.

I will definitely make this dip. We love anything close to a taco dip. I will leave out the green onions but add black olives. I wish I had seen this recipe sooner. It would have been great with our burritos on Friday!
