I think this is a wonderful and tasty option for an appetizer for a holiday buffet or a potluck. I can totally picture this at my mom's house for Thanksgiving. I'd serve it with those really thick corn chips OR with those crostini rounds. You need something that will stand up to all that gooey cheese and seasoned beef!
