we are always looking for new recipes to try. I cant wait to try some of these out. I could spend the next year trying out new recipes and never have to repeat one with this site. I really want to try this veggie lasagna. I love the old fashioned lasagna and im hopin the veggie is just as good

This is a really clever way to make lasagna! I like the wavy lasagna noodles too, they hold the sauce really well. I think the veggie version sounds absolutely delish too. And kale is a great veggie for lasagna. Can't go wrong with a bunch of cheese added either. Great recipe and a neat way to get your Italian favorite cooked up without much fuss. What other veggies would you suggest using?

I never used to make lasagna because it was too time-consuming. I do make it in my slow cooker now, though and can't wait to make this veggie version. We try to have meatless meals a few times a month, so I will add this to my pasta recipes. We love pasta at our house!
