This Gluten- and Dairy-Free Peppermint Fudge is the perfect holiday dessert to give as gifts to friends and family or to bring to a holiday party. This easy chocolate fudge recipe is infused with peppermint flavors, possibly making it the best fudge recipe ever. The dessert is made from only five ingredients and cooks in the slow cooker, so it is easy to throw together and doesn't take much time to prep or cleanup. This fudge is terrific to cook up during the holidays or to make for an upcoming bake sale. This fabulous dessert is so simple and yet so delicious.

I love that you use ingredients that diabetics can use to have a nice dessert that will not be too bad for them at the same time. I like the flavors you chose. I bet this is nice for family members that have a sweet tooth, but need to keep desserts healthy.

Now this recipe might not taste exactly the same as grandma's fudge, but it is surely a game changer for those trying to cut down on the calories and the sugar content! I'm so happy to see that artificial sweeteners aren't used, since there is so much controversy nowadays as to whether that stuff is really good or bad for you. Thanks for the tip about the sugar free vegan chocolate chips! I haven't seen them where I shop, but I plan to order them online.
