I can see a lot of people I know going crazy for this recipe. I don't have the coconut extract on hand, but I am adding that to my list now because I want to see how this cake tastes. I love coconut dishes, and so does my daughter so it is sure to be a hit with us.

Gosh, I love coconut! My family doesn't like it at all, so I have to find an event to bake this for. Maybe a holiday function or work event. Ummm, just the thought of the smell of coconut, and of course, the taste. I have to make this!!

My coworkers love when I bring "better than sex" dessert recipes to work. Just when they think they can't get any better I out-do myself again. I guess I'm a pretty great work wife-hahaha. What I like about this is I can put it on in the break room when I first get to work and by break time, it smells so lovely and everyone is ready for a treat.
