This was a definite hit in our house this week. It not only tastes great it looks great on the plate. And we all know that the look of the food is as important as the taste! The tart of the cranberry is a great match for the sweetness of the barbecue sauce. This goes into my repeat meals folder!

My husband loves cranberries, so this was quite a hit with him. I make many pints of BBQ sauce from the summer garden, and I used that. It is a sweet type with a bit of hot pepper for a kick. Blended well with the cranberry sauce. The chicken was tender and perfect. We ended up eating the leftovers as shredded meat in BBQ sandwiches. YUM.
