Do you find that you prefer the mild or the sharp cheddar cheesed with your bbq beef? Our family loves to use sharp cheddar. We just love the rich taste that cuts through the sweet and tangy taste of the barbecue sauce. I think it just makes the sandwich when you use a good brand of cheese too.
