"I have made a 'healthy' version of this using Turkey/Chicken. Used cream of Chicken soup and Vegetable soup mix. I would think you could use cream of broccoli or any others that you like better. The soup is what gives you the rich gravy so you definitely want to keep it"

Sprinkle Onion soup mix and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, noodle or pasta! You can add veggies to make it a beef stew. Very versatile recipe"

Mashed potatoes are one of the ultimate side dishes that just about anyone can make. Achieving perfectly smooth mashed potatoes, however, is a challenge for most cooks. This device helped to produce the best mashed potatoes I have ever made. They were silky smooth after just a minute of mashing with cream. 

 

The design of this tool is extremely unique and like no other masher I have used previously. The stainless steel coils press through the potatoes with incredible ease. A silicone scraper on the side of the springs also helps to scrape the bowl and keep your area clean. My favorite part of the design is the handle which is extremely comfortable and ergonomic. After using the handy tool, you can put it in the dishwasher for easy cleaning while you enjoy your mashed potatoes.
