Good Afternoon; I was wondering if you could help me. I have been looking for a recipe for pumpkin preserves. My Mom used to make them every fall.I know she used ginger and cloves. She would cut up the pumpkin and let it sit overnight. Then she would drain the liquid I think..I just can't remember..But they were so good. Thank you very much..
