"This slow cooker hamburger cheese dip is a fun recipe to celebrate with: it’s heavenly melted cheese mixed with ground beef and a little spice. This is an easy recipe with less than 10 recipes and only 3 steps to make. Simply brown the beef, add the ingredients to your slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours. Delicious appetizer for a crowd, party, or game day. Also perfect if you need to bring a recipe with you to a party! Make it and bring it in your slow cooker."

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 pounds Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 can 10.5 oz rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  1. In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef, chili powder and garlic powder. Drain the grease.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker.

  3. Cook covered on low for 2 hours until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
