I love beef brisket. And this recipe is perfect. It is fairly simple and with the right seasoning, sauces and of course, onions. I make a lot of slow cooked dinners with onions. They just add the right flavor and taste so good with the flavor of the meat or chicken you are cooking them with. I ate before but reading this I am hungry again. I hardly ever go out to eat anymore because with my slow cooker I can make so many good meals. Here is another one. Thank you.

How much difference is there between soy and worcestershire sauces? I typically just switch one out for the other when I don't have both, but now I am wondering what I might be missing. I know that soy sauce is a little thinner, but I have no idea about the ingredients or how they differ at all.
