Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham is an easy slow cooker potato casserole that's perfect for potlucks and church suppers. Cream of chicken soup makes this dish creamy, while grated Cheddar cheese makes it cheesy. Feel free to add a little more cheese to this cheesy scalloped potatoes casserole. You can skin the potatoes if you want or leave the skin on. If you leave the ham out, you'll have a delicious cheesy scalloped potatoes side dish. Sprinkle your finished meal with paprika for a little kick. This is a wonderful dish to serve with a meat or chicken dish. It will add a fabulous flavor to your entire meal.

My mom would make this dish all the time after a major holiday, mainly because we had ham left over, and it is delicious! I have never seen this dish made with anything other than a white sauce, so maybe I will have to give this a try with the cream of chicken soup.
