Decadent Triple Chocolate Cake
This image courtesy of hamiltonbeach.com

This recipe for Decadent Triple Chocolate Cake is super easy because it is made in the slow cooker and calls for only seven ingredients. After just one bite, you will be calling this the "best chocolate cake recipe" ever. The addition of sour cream to the chocolate cake batter will give you a deliciously moist and rich final product, and mini chocolate chips will make the cake extremely chocolatey. Serve this chocolate chip cake recipe warm out of the slow cooker with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

Notes

  • Do not cook on HIGH heat

  • Use an ice cream scoop for serving warm or allow to cool completely.

  • Excellent with a scoop of your favorite ice cream or whipped cream

  • Drizzle with chocolate or raspberry syrup and serve with fresh raspberries.

Ooooh, this sounds like an ooey goeey mess, but oh what a lovely one. I can see sitting back with some Hershey's kisses, a bowl of this with some whipped cream, and a few episodes of one of my favorite crime show reruns. The world will be right in my book then of course.

Not being much of a sweet or chocolate eater, I'd normally never bother with a dessert like this. But, OMG have you seen the picture? This looks so moist and indulgent, I don't think anyone could resist it. Since the chocolate chips might send me into chocolate overload, I may leave them out...but I honestly don't think it'll hurt the integrity of this deliciousness one bit. Fresh raspberries and some whipped cream is certainly the way to go in my book!

I love this cake. It turned out perfect. It is so easy to make. It is so moist it melts in your mouth. Thank you
