Do you have to use the dried and canned cherries in this recipe, or is there a way to use one or the other? I know I already have canned cherries in the pantry. I can whip this up in no time if I don't have to use the dried cherries. I was just curious if there was a textural thing with the combination or not.

Hi SissieSass, I think the dried cherries have to do with the texture of this recipe. It might not be as think if you only use canned cherries, but I think it might be worth a try. Let us know how it turns out! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
