Easy Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas Tacos
"Yummy and Easy Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas Tacos is a fun and festive recipe for Cinco de Mayo, summer gatherings or the perfect everyday meal solution! One of the key components to get great flavor is the sweet and spicy rub that I coated the pork shoulder with before cooking. It is a yummy combination of brown sugar, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, ancho chili powder and chipotle chili powder. And we are keeping our carnitas nice and juicy by letting them take a bath in a tasty combination of beer, orange juice, liquid smoke and tomato paste while slow cooking!"
