Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs

Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs

"These Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs couldn’t be simpler! They have a homemade spice rub and are slow cooked until they fall off the bone, then you can slather them in any barbecue sauce you like! I feel like it’s an awesome recipe for segueing from Spring to Summer. You can have all of that summer barbecue flavor, without all of the work. And when it’s too hot to even think about cooking, the slow cooker takes all of the work out and keeps the house cool."

These ribs are perfect for a barbecue. I am always afraid of serving certain meats undercooked and there is no problem here. The ribs can cook slowly for a few hours and you grill them at the end. And the best part is you don't have to grill them for long, just that added touch. I discovered cumin a few years ago and now it is one of my favorite spices. It adds a nice touch, especially to ribs. Thank you for the recipe.

OMG! These look heavenly. I will have to make them for my next BBQ - perfect way to free up some extra space on the grill )
