These ribs are perfect for a barbecue. I am always afraid of serving certain meats undercooked and there is no problem here. The ribs can cook slowly for a few hours and you grill them at the end. And the best part is you don't have to grill them for long, just that added touch. I discovered cumin a few years ago and now it is one of my favorite spices. It adds a nice touch, especially to ribs. Thank you for the recipe.
