Pasta sauce, tomato soup, and chicken stock moisten this slow cooker chicken lasagna. The filling is made with spinach, pesto, and mozzarella cheese. You could also add in fresh Parmesan cheese. If you don't have lasagna noodles on hand, penne pasta will do just fine. Garnish your chicken Florentine lasagna with a scoop of pesto and additional mozzarella cheese.
