Do you like to use a regular or dijon mustard in this dish? I love either, but the dijon has an earthier flavor. I love that you put beer and other items like the cider vinegar in the recipe. I think that you added several layers that are going to make this dish taste so yummy!

It is a great recipe for me to cook all day on Saturday for Sunday dinner. Eliminating the celery and instead adding fresh mushrooms and garlic will give it more of the sloppy joe look.

I have to confess I'm intrigued by the combination of sauces in this recipe! Just the differentness makes me want to try it. I would drop the salt as well as because the celery is naturally salty. In its place I would probably add more red peppers or yellow and/or orange peppers.
