I love salmon and lately when I seem to overcook it and its dry. This recipe poaches the salmon and causes it to be moist and tasty with the herbs and any other seasonings I add. I will try this recipe and I'm looking forward to preparing the ingredients, putting it into the slow cooker and enjoying a delicious dish.

Salmon is one of my favorite dinners, but I've never been successful making it myself. This recipe looks really easy, though! I'll have to try it out.
