Think of this soup as a deconstructed tray of tasty lasagna. But it has way, way less calories, if you are at all concerned about your intake like I am. This will be a way I can still enjoy my home cooked lasagna while still feeling confident in my food choices. A must try!

Wow I so have to try this Healthy Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup. It sounds so easy to make and so good to eat! Now I need to pull my slow cooker down from the attic. With this recipe I hope my hubby won't miss all the cheeses with just a little on top should fix that. I also want to add cut up carrots to mine to add more veggies. I'm looking forward to tasting this one. Thank you so much for sharing this free slow cooker recipe.
