I'm so thankful to find a crock pot bone broth recipe. I've got beef soup bones in the freezer but not the 8-12 hours to watch it on the stove top. I generally make my own broth when I can but don't let it cook enough to get the benefit from the bones. Bones are in the oven as I type!
