A great hot sauce can complete a dish. The Homesweet Homegrown Hot Sauce and Plant Kit includes all three of their delicious hot sauces featuring a range of flavors and peppers. The plant kit included makes it simple to grow your favorite plants anywhere.

Growing plants and using hot sauces may seem completely unrelated, but they in fact pair well together. The plant kit included helps you grow your very own kale plant. Once you get the kale growing, you can use your Homesweet Homegrown Hot Sauces to spice it up a bit and make a perfect salad.

The kit is really easy to use even if you don't have a green thumb. All you need to do is add water, the seeds included, and then soil. The plant can then grow on a windowsill. Within a few weeks, you will have a small kale plant ready to be planted outside or used as microgreens.

The hot sauces are truly filled with unique flavors. The trio of hot sauces includes: Punch Drunk Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, Aramingo Mango Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce, and Orange Crush Habanero Pepper Hot Sauce. My favorite was the Orange Crush. I was a little nervous because it is made with Habaneros, but I was surprised that it had a perfect level of heat and didn't just burn. The citrus flavors are complemented by a carrot-base. The hottest sauce as by far the Punch Drunk flavor with chocolate and ghost peppers. The chocolate flavors actually work quite well with the peppers. The Aramingo flavor utilizes pineapple, mango, and Lemon Drop chilies. This hot sauce was the fruitiest of the three. It would work great with a variety of recipes, but especially Latin American dishes.

The company prides themselves on the fact that each sauce and plant kit is vegan, non-GMO, and all natural. Their farm in Pennsylvania grows all of the peppers used in the sauces so you know the level of quality control. This makes a fun gift for any foodie, hot sauce lover, or natural foods aficionados.
