Totally Bamboo GreenLite Paddle Cutting Board is the really nice, perfectly sized cutting board you've been looking for. Bamboo is a great alternative to wood cutting boards because it holds up under all that chopping and kitchen prep you do every week. It also looks great and feel nice to touch.

I've used a lot of wood cutting boards in my time and they inevitably stain or warp. This Totally Bamboo cutting board looks great even after I chopped a whole bunch of veggies on it. I even sawed away at some French bread with a serrated knife, and the cutting board held up without showing any signs of the action. Most important of all cutting board features, it's nice to chop, slice, and dice on this cutting board. It doesn't dull your knives, either.

The size of this cutting board is also satisfying. It's large enough that you can chop a couple veggies at the same time without any problem. It's also easy to move around the counter due to its big paddle shape. I think it will quickly become a favorite because it's got a perfect size and weight.

I hand washed my cutting board pretty easily. Apparently, Totally Bamboo sells oil to renew your bamboo cutting board, which I might try out in the future. For now, it still looks new after a solid weekend of chopping and dicing vegetables, and cutting away at hard bread. This cutting board definitely seems like it will last under regular use in my kitchen.
