This slow cooker brisket recipe for Caramelized Onion Brisket is simply to prepare, and it's a sure-fired weeknight meal the whole family will enjoy. A sauce comprised of onions, apple cider vinegar, apple juice, beef stock and more makes this brisket juicy. You can prep this brisket in the morning, and then let it cook all day. You'll come home to a tender, juicy roast. This recipe can additionally be used for a different cut of meat such as a roast or pork loin.

Why just the splashes of apple cider vinegar? Is that like a quarter of a cup or maybe a little less? I love that you use it along with the apple juice. I think the sweetness of the apple juice gives the beef so much more flavor, especially when you add in the carmelized onions.
