Easy And Tangy BBQ Meatballs are one of those ground beef slow cooker recipes that's perfect for entertaining, made with ground beef, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, BBQ sauce and more!

Cooking Time3 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (18 oz) bottle of traditional BBQ Sauce
  • Sliced bell peppers (red, green)
  • 4 cups rice, prepared

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks and bell pepper pieces into slow cooker.
     
  2. Pour BBQ sauce over ingredients and stir gently to mix ingredients.
     
  3. Set slow cooker on high.
     
  4. Heat ingredients for 2 1⁄2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until hot.
     
  5. Serve over cooked rice for an easy meal.

I never thought to put peppers with meatballs, but it sounds so good. You have peppers listed two ways on the recipe as cut in bite sized pieces and sliced. Did you intend to put them in twice? I want to make it but I want to make it the right way.

Hi skrisch0415 5688113 - Thanks for your message. We suggest that you highlight the text, then right-click on it. You'll get a window that gives you the option to "copy." Do that, and then paste the text into a word document. You should be able print that document that way. Another option is to highlight exactly what you would like to be printed. Then, select print from your dropdown menu, and change your print range from all to selection. Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
