I have never heard of a shipwreck casserole. It looks delicious. Basic ingredients and easy to make. It would make for an easy dinner and a change from the ordinary. I like the different layer because the flavors all blend into each other. Thank you for the recipe.

Do you have a preference on the color of the bell pepper that you use, or do you prefer a mix of peppers? I think a mix is optimal in this recipe, but green or red would be my solo preferences. This recipe makes me think of home cooked yummy goodness. I can see curling up with a bowl of this and binge watching my favorite show.

This was very good. The vegetables cooked perfectly and were tender, and all the flavors were quite tasty.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this casserole. The beef was super flavorful and paired perfectly with the vegetables and cheese.
