How many times would you think it would take to double the recipe to feed a family of eight? I know this is a lot of food, but I can always double the recipe and use it in two crock pots, if needed. We use them a lot to serve big Sunday meals, and I think this one would fit just right in the mix of things.

I tried this about a week ago.. I was really hoping it would be good. Usually there isn't much you can do to make cube steak flavorful and tender. Wow, it was amazing!!! Melt in your mouth tender, very flavorful. Great easy and inexpensive recipe. Thanks
