I would love to give this one a try. It's a tad bit involved (for lazy me) with all the adding of the sauces, soups, and cheeses, but I can see me eating this every day of the week for lunch. It would only be me, since nobody else will be eating it. I can't think of what a person could substitute for ranch... I almost think you really need that in the recipe. If you leave it out altogether, it'll probably change the whole dish. Too dry. Maybe a mix of sour cream and cream cheese?

If you would prick my nephews finger, he would bleed ranch. He can eat that creamy dressing on everything. We are throwing him a birthday party as a potluck in a couple of weeks and guess what I am bringing to the party? Have to admit, I really like ranch too.

I would like to try this Lazy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Casserole because it sounds delicious, but my spouse is not a great fan of ranch. Anybody have a suggestion on a substitution of the ranch dressing? If you have prepared this dish, does the ranch kinda blend in and not be so apparent? Thanks.
