Another great EASY, SIMPLE dinner recipe! I love this recipe. Her serving suggestions include a baked potato or rice. May I suggest spooning some into a corn tortilla and enjoying them as tacos? I think you could even make a chicken salad sandwich out of it, too. Thanks for giving us this "couldn't be easier" 2 ingredient chicken dish.

My kids would love it if I asked them to cook something so simple. They would devour this too. They love a good chicken recipe that they can put with a rice or pasta dish and some fresh veggies on the side. A salad would go great with this chicken too. Thanks for sharing.

This is wonderful recipe for beginners or someone who just doesn't want to, (or doesn't have the time) to cook. I like to use this chicken in a wrap with some baby spinach leaves, and shavings of fresh asiago or crumbled gorgonzola cheese. I toss the spinach with a little bit of the dressing as well.

This is a really great recipe. It's so simple to make, and it tastes wonderful! I have used different olive oil based dressings to make this. Italian dressing is also great. I make this served over rice for the first night. With the leftovers, I make sandwiches the next night. This is such an easy way to make two nights of food, but only cook one. That makes this my ultimate go-to recipe.
