Classic American Peach Cobbler

There is nothing quite like making an easy peach cobbler that is topped with vanilla ice cream. This Classic American Peach Cobbler represents everything delicious that peach cobbler is known for, and is made even simpler by using the slow cooker. Fresh peaches are used in this recipe to bring out the delicious flavors of the fruit, and Bisquick mix adds the perfect, crumby topping. You can serve this slow cooker cobbler right out of the slow cooker, or allow it to cool down to room temperature before serving it. Either way, you can't go wrong with this American classic.

I live in Michigan, so the window for using fresh peaches is only a couple of months, but when they are at the peak of ripeness, I cannot get enough of them! I might use a slow cooker liner for this, since this sweet stuff can get a little bit sticky!

This looks really delicious! I absolutely love peaches but would also try this recipe in other combinations like raspberry peach and blueberry peach. I might add a splash of Grand Marnier to the recipe and serve with whipped cream as an alternative.
