All Day Asian Short Ribs

All Day Asian Short Ribs are a great way to spice up any slow cooker ribs recipe. The meat is tender, delicious, and will fall off of the bone. They're made with hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, and garlic. The recipe calls for sliced onions as well, which become caramelized in the sauce. You can use boneless or bone-in ribs for this dish. Serve these slow cooker beef ribs with roasted broccoli and rice for an Asian-inspired meal.

Do you leave the peel on your ginger or peel it just before you use it? I love that you use simple ingredients that everyone has access to. How many times should I double the recipe to feed a family of eight? I think this dish would work really well over a plate of hot rice.
