This reminds me of a dish we had all the time as kids. My mom would make a pan of macaroni and mix in onion, hamburger, and fresh tomatoes or a can of diced tomatoes. I didn't like tomatoes back then, so it was not a favorite, but I have grown to love it now, and this dish takes me back. Do you like to use wide or narrow egg noodles in this dish?
