I can not make this because the ingredient list on "All day slow cooker swiss steak is different then the ingredient list that printed. Very disappointed! I even have an account and could not find the directions .I do not want the the recipe with onion.

Hi there, The full recipe can be found here: https://bakeatmidnite.com/slow-cooker-swiss-steak/ You can omit the onion from the recipe. Enjoy!

2 changes, I used ginger ale instead of sherry as I will not buy wine. I also use carnation evaporated milk instead of cream as it is cheaper than cream if it's for a sauce or gravy and works just great!

My grandmother used to make a recipe just like this. It was something we all looked forward to! Can't wait to try this on my own.

What kind of vegetable can I use in place of the mushrooms? I have an allergy, so I can't have them, but I really want to try your dish. I like that you picked something without tomatoes too. It seems like most of the dishes you find are for something with tomatoes. I love them too, but not all the time.

This is a great recipe for an inexpensive piece of meat. People will never know that once you finish cooking this. It will be tender and juicy. I like the fact it uses a bit of sherry. I happen to like using sherry as a cooking wine. It gives a nice flavor to the meat. Thank you for the recipe.
