It's hard to beat a grilled T-Bone Steak, but I'm going to try this with two thick ones I have ready to go. Tender and Juicy sounds great so I look forward to making this...Thanks.

The recipe called for flour in the ingredients, but then didn't say where/how to use it in the instructions, so I didn't use any. Instead of just one potato, I used about 4 and sliced them thick and also added carrots, onions and sweet peppers and put that in the bottom of the crockpot. I used more salt and pepper than it called for since I added so many more veggies. The meat came out very tender and juicy and definitely will make this again.

The recipe includes 2 tbsp flour in the ingredient list but no mention of what to do with it. Any ideas?

Place the flour into a plastic bag or bowl with a lid-add the steak and shake the bag/bowl to coat the steak and than proceed to brown the meat.
