I have to use something other than the almond flour because my daughter is allergic to tree nuts. Can I use regular flour, or a blend of whole wheat and all-purpose flour in this dish? I love that you chose to use the sausage and hamburger mix. Many people just use beef in the meatloaf without adding the Italian sausage. I grew up using a mix exactly like yours, so I know how well this recipe is going to taste when I make it next week. Great post!

I made meatloaf once when I lived by myself. Unfortunately I made too much and was eating meatloaf twice a day for an entire week. I haven't made it since... but now that I'm cooking for three, I should try making it again.
