I would rather use the fresh mashed potatoes in this dish. How much do I need to use instead of a tub of potatoes? My hubby just won't go for instant or premade mashed potatoes. I know we just love the flavor of the fresh potatoes because it tastes creamier and has a better taste profile.

This was awesome dish, did not have the sherry but substituted with Marsala cooking wine, out of this world, Thanks
