Good Morning Breakfast Casserole is a slow cooker breakfast casserole worth waking up for. This is a great recipe to make on busy mornings and when company comes to stay. Made super easy with the help of your slow cooker, this recipe will please all those hungry mouths you have to feed. Tater tots, eggs, and cheese are combined with turkey sausage for a tasty and hearty helping of goodness first thing in the morning. Mmmm.

This recipe looks delicious! I am thinking it would be the perfect recipe to make for those evenings when you do not have a lot of time to cook after work. I am thinking if you cook the sausage the night before, you can just throw it all in the crockpot before you leave for work in the morning.

I came across this recipe last week and decided to make it this morning while I was working from home, and OMG. 10/10 would recommend. It was so easy to throw everything together and it only took about 3 hours to finish in my 4qt round slow cooker. I didn't have heavy cream, but I don't think that mattered (I just used milk instead since that's how I typically do my eggs anyway). I would have NEVER thought to make tator tots in a slow cooker (or use them as a sort of hash) before, but I am so glad I've figured this out now. I'll definitely be making this again... Now, excuse me while I devour every last bit of it.

Yum! This looks absolutely delicious and contains all of my favorite breakfast foods.
