A five star recipe for slow cooker cheesy grits! WOW! I love these so much. I even like to throw in some bacon before serving, too, to add some protein to the dish. Plus, bacon adds a ton more flavor. Not that this dish needs it. I love grits! I've not met many people who do. I want them to try.

What type of grits does this use? Quick-cooking, regular, instant? Thanks!
