I really love that you give directions to make this dish two different ways. Is that really all there is to the dish, no salt or pepper or garlic even? I can't believe how simple this recipe is to make. I mean I can leave my teen in charge if I wanted and be confident in the dish when I came home. I love recipes like this one.

Dinner certainly couldn't be easier than this two ingredient recipe. I have been using pepperoncini peppers in various salads, and I expect their tangy flavor will be a good addition to beef. You can add grated cheese at the end or leave it out, depending on your dietary preference.

I've been craving Italian beef lately, and this slow cooker recipe looks like the one to try.
