Do you use a meat tenderizer or flatten out the steak with a meat mallet at all before you add the stuffing ingredients? I love that you chose the mozzarella and spinach because everyone else uses carrots and onions or potatoes so often that this is a fresh change that is very welcome with the beef. Great idea!
