This hash brown casserole recipe looks amazing. I have seen quite a few lately, and they pretty much have the same ingredients. There are slight differences, such as the kind of soup used, but I think thats mostly it. I guess I will have to try them all to see which one I like the best.

I have several favorite hash brown casserole recipes, but I have never tried the trick with the foil wrapped around the ham. We enjoy "breakfast" types of casseroles for weeknight dinners, so I will make this next week. My family will think it's a meatless meal, until they see what's in the foil!
